when you're in love

Ok - love is more than the fluttering of your heart and the butterlies in the stomach.
BUT IT IS ALSO THE FLUTTERING OF YOUR HEART AND THE BUTTERFLIES IN THE STOMACH
If that stays with you, when the challenges of relationships come your way, it makes those challenges much easier to walk through. The romantic squidgey bits of relationships are the jam in the sandwich - they help keep you together and help you remember why you choose everyday to share your life with that person. Dont get me wrong - staying because you promised to is the right thing to do but staying because you are in love is the better.
challenges come and go - but love remains and outlasts all else.

All the Norms

Today I went for a cuppa to visit all the Norms with the little one.
They really are a great family - we talked about God and Church and life and family and it was so chilled. Even though their are 3 generations in the room they all are interested, supportive and loving to each other. I'm sure they must have their off days - but it just makes me think I hope my kids and grandkids have that kind of relationship with me and LGP.

PS Austria was awesome - God has shaped some beautiful mountains.
